We accept returns within thirty (30) days from the date on which the parcel has been delivered to you from Hair Drama Co. 

 

To return a purchase, the items must meet the following conditions:

 

- The items must be in their original, unused, unaltered and unwashed condition with all original tags still attached and intact and the original packaging included

- The items must be included in an undamaged shipping box, preferably the one in which the order was received

- The items must be returned from the same address where the order was delivered

Please note that the actual product color may vary slightly due to monitor display differences. We've done our best to show true colors, however, accuracy depends on your screen.

All items are thoroughly quality-checked before dispatch.

- Please note that once the email is sent we will take 1-3 business days to review the return and confirm the request submitted. Please bear in mind that Hair Drama Co. has the right to reject a return request if the above conditions are not met.
